Softball Recap: Cheboygan Takes a Loss

Cheboygan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Traverse City Central Trojans, falling 12-4. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Chiefs of the 10-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Cheboygan's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Traverse City Central, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Cheboygan has already played their next game (against Traverse City West), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Traverse City Central, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 15-0 victory against Tawas Area on the 26th.
