Basketball Recap: Walnut Hills Wins Going Away Against Turpin

Walnut Hills pushed their score to 68 the last time they played Turpin, but on Friday they couldn't quite do it again. The Walnut Hills Eagles enjoyed a cozy 40-23 victory over the Turpin Spartans. The contest marked the Eagles' most dominant win of the season so far.

Walnut Hills' victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Turpin, their loss was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-4.

Walnut Hills didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 71-54 defeat against Mt. Healthy on the 21st. Turpin and Ross will round out the year against one another at at 5:15 p.m. on December 28th.
