Basketball Recap: Dinuba Emperors vs. Mission Oak Hawks
Dinuba won the last time they faced Mission Oak and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Dinuba Emperors walked away with a 73-61 victory over the Mission Oak Hawks. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Emperors.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dinuba to victory, but perhaps none more so than Josiah Ochoa, who went 7-for-14 en route to 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Joseph Lopez, who posted nine points in addition to seven assists and six rebounds.
Dinuba smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in 12 consecutive games.
