Volleyball Recap: Bishop Miege Victorious

Bishop Miege posted their closest victory since November 1, 2024 on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Hayden Wildcats, sneaking past 2-1. The Stags have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Bishop Miege who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-21, 16-25, 26-24.

Bishop Miege found their leader in sophomore Mayley Morrison, who had 11 digs and two aces.

Despite the loss, Hayden still got an impressive performance from Ella Foster, who had nine digs and two aces.
