Volleyball Recap: Castle View Takes Down Centaurus in a Playoff Battle

With a playoff win on the line, Castle View rose to the challenge on Saturday. They came out on top against the Centaurus Warriors by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 last Saturday.

Kate Erickson was nothing short of spectacular: she had 11 digs and six aces. That's the most digs she has posted since back in September.

Erickson wasn't the only good servers: Castle View was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. The Sabercats are 9-4 when they serve at least ten aces.

Castle View has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-10 record this season. As for Centaurus, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-12 record this season.

Castle View has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Valor Christian on the 8th. Centaurus does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
