Royal Live Oaks Academy suffers seventh straight loss on the road

This season hasn't been kind to the Royal Live Oaks Academy Royal Knights, who are still winless after their fifth game. They were outmatched by Branchville on the road and fell 45-13.

Riley Shuler had an outrageously good game for Branchville as she scored 20 points along with nine rebounds and five steals. That's the first time this season that Shuler scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kambell Summers, who scored 11 points along with two steals.

Royal Live Oaks Academy's loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Branchville, their win ended a 12-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Royal Live Oaks Academy will take on Bethune-Bowman at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Bethune-Bowman will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak. As for Branchville, they will be playing at home against Bridges Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Bridges Prep is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.
