Volleyball Recap: Winona Comes Up Short

Winona was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Edgewood Bulldogs. The Wildcats were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-17, 25-6.

Winona's record now sits at 3-18. As for Edgewood, their win ended a six-match drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 10-23.

Coincidentally, Winona and Edgewood will both be playing Eustace the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Bulldogs at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Wildcats will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
