Volleyball Game Preview: Andrada Polytechnic Mavericks vs. Sabino Sabercats + Official Tickets

The Andrada Polytechnic Mavericks will take on the Sabino Sabercats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Andrada Polytechnic will be strutting in after a win while Sabino will be coming in after a defeat.

On Friday, Andrada Polytechnic earned a 3-1 victory over The Gregory School.

Andrada Polytechnic had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 25-27, 26-24, 25-18, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Sabino came up short against Empire last Thursday, falling 3-0. The Sabercats have struggled against the Ravens recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

While Sabino ultimately came up short, they really made Empire work, particularly in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 29-27, 25-8.

Andrada Polytechnic has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for Sabino, their loss dropped their record down to 5-12.
