With a playoff win on the line, Lonoke rose to the challenge on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Pocahontas Redskins, sneaking past 6-5. The victory was nothing new for the Jackrabbits as they're now sitting on six straight.

Kendra Terry spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and three unearned) runs on three hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Shaniya Jackson was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Kirsten Holt was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Lonoke's win bumped their record up to 19-7. As for Pocahontas, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-9.

As of now, neither Lonoke nor the Redskins have any future games scheduled.
