West Central had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. Everything went their way against the Vermillion Tanagers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Tanagers: they've now won six in a row.

West Central not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Vermillion between 15 and 17 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-16, 25-17.

Coming up, West Central will challenge Dell Rapids at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Vermillion, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wagner at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
