Soccer Recap: Knightstown Victorious + How To Watch

Knightstown proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by three) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter Raiders 1-0. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Knightstown were the better team in the second half.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Trinity Chapman, who's now up to three this season.

Knightstown now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Knightstown will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Centerville at 7:00 p.m. Knightstown will be up against Centerville's rather soft defense (which has allowed six goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter, they will head out on the road to square off against Bethesda Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
