River Falls waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the St. Croix Falls Saints. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

River Falls never let St. Croix Falls on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-22.

Brooke Dusek paced River Falls' offense, picking up nine kills. Dusek got some help from Allie Larsen and her 23 assists. Olivia Doerre controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

River Falls' victory bumped their record up to 19-2. As for St. Croix Falls, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-9.

River Falls wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Barron on the 16th. As for St. Croix Falls, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Altoona on the 16th.
