Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Bellevue couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They took a 20-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the O'Dea Fighting Irish on Saturday. The Wolverines' defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Bellevue's loss dropped their record down to 10-3. As for O'Dea, the victory (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 12-1.

Bellevue does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for O'Dea, they will take on Mount Tahoma at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The T-Birds' defense has only allowed 9.2 points per game this season, so the Fighting Irish's offense will have their work cut out for them.
