Basketball Recap: Groom's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Groom came into Tuesday's contest having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They took down the Lefors Pirates 54-36 on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 45-42 on January 3rd.

Groom's win bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Lefors, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-15.

Groom will head out to challenge Shamrock at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lefors, they will face off against Claude at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
