Basketball Recap: Shadle Park Comes Up Short

Shadle Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 77-43 loss at the hands of the Ridgeline Falcons. The Highlanders were down 55-35 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Caden Andreas continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Ridgeline, almost dropping a double-double on 25 points and nine rebounds. The game was Andreas' 11th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ayden Pulsipher, who went 5 of 7 on his way to 15 points.

Shadle Park's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Ridgeline, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-9.

Shadle Park wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, an 81-69 defeat against University on the 21st. Ridgeline has also already played their next matchup, a 75-64 win against Lewis & Clark on the 21st.
