Basketball Recap: Meridian Find Success

Meridian won the last time they faced Valley Lutheran and things went their way on Friday too. The Meridian Mustangs snuck past the Valley Lutheran Chargers with a 46-41 win.

Meridian now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Valley Lutheran, they now have a losing record at 3-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Meridian and Roscommon will dust off their jerseys to square off against one another at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Valley Lutheran, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Laingsburg at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Laingsburg will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Valley Lutheran surely won't give up without a fight.
