Softball Recap: White Knoll Falls Short of North Myrtle Beach in the Playoffs

White Knoll and North Myrtle Beach squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but White Knoll had to settle for second. They fell 7-4 to the Chiefs. The Timberwolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

White Knoll saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaida Gay, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run. Ashlynn Blackstone was another, going 2-for-4 with one double and one RBI.

White Knoll's record now sits at 14-9-1. As for North Myrtle Beach, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-11 record this season.

White Knoll does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Myrtle Beach, they will head out to face off against Chapin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
