If Bristow was feeling good fresh off their 8-0 takedown of Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Pirates fell just short of the Kingfisher Yellowjackets by a score of 2-1 on Monday. Bristow's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Bristow's defeat dropped their record down to 13-4. As for Kingfisher, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Bristow does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kingfisher, they will head out to square off against Oologah at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Oologah will roll in looking for their 16th straight win, something Kingfisher surely won't give up without a fight.
