Volleyball Recap: George Washington Comes Up Short

George Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Denver East Angels. If the Patriots were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Angels when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-15, 25-21.

George Washington's defeat dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Denver East, their victory bumped their record up to 12-10.

George Washington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Denver East, they have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Grandview on the 3rd.
