Soccer Recap: Community School of Davidson Takes a Loss

If Community School of Davidson was riding high fresh off their 5-0 takedown of Bradford Prep last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Community School of Davidson fell just short of the Christ the King Crusaders by a score of 4-3 on Monday. Community School of Davidson have struggled against Christ the King recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Lia Puma and Eliana Puma scored all three of Community School of Davidson's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 13 goals.

Community School of Davidson's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Christ the King, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Meanwhile, Christ the King (ranked 41st) will meet Lincoln Charter (ranked 159th) at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
