After failing to score in their last contest, Rodriguez made sure to put some goals up on the board against Fairfield on Thursday. They blew past the Fairfield Falcons 4-0. Considering the Mustangs' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Rodriguez now has a winning record of 2-1-1. As for Fairfield, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Rodriguez has already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against Leadership Public Schools Richmond on the 9th. As for Fairfield, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 loss against Vallejo on the 10th.
