Recap: Wellman-Union Wildcats vs. All Saints Episcopal School Patriots
The Wellman-Union Wildcats lost against the All Saints Episcopal School Patriots back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Wellman-Union took a serious blow against All Saints Episcopal School, falling 87-11. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Wellman-Union has scored all season.
Caden Mead continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for All Saints Episcopal School, scoring 22 points along with seven steals. Those 22 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Brady Lowe, who scored 16 points along with five rebounds.
Wellman-Union's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for All Saints Episcopal School, they pushed their record up to 18-1 with that win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.
Wellman-Union will take on Spur at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Spur is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak. As for All Saints Episcopal School, they will head out on the road to face off against Springlake-Earth at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Springlake-Earth is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
