Tyler Smith put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Wednesday. He struck out 11 batters over six innings while giving up three earned runs off four hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances.

Smith and Cornerstone Charter will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Bethany Community at 6:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
