Basketball Game Preview: Trinity Tigers vs. Anderson-Shiro Fighting Owls

The Trinity Tigers will square off against the Anderson-Shiro Fighting Owls at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Trinity is headed into Friday's match hungry for a win as their strong season has now been derailed by two straight defeats. They had to suffer through a 84-47 loss at the hands of Onalaska. The Tigers were down 63-31 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Meanwhile, Anderson-Shiro can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They snuck past Coldspring-Oakhurst with a 47-42 victory.

Trinity's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-8. As for Anderson-Shiro, their win bumped their record up to 15-10.

Trinity didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Anderson-Shiro in their previous matchup two weeks ago, but they still walked away with a 58-53 victory. Will Trinity repeat their success, or does Anderson-Shiro have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
