Volleyball Game Preview: West Panthers vs. Woods Cross Wildcats

The West Panthers will head out on the road to square off against the Woods Cross Wildcats at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Friday, West earned a 3-1 win over Highland. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 20-25, 26-24, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Woods Cross had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Knights.

Woods Cross had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 16-25, 25-23, 25-12, 25-15.

Woods Cross now has a winning record of 14-13. As for West, they now have a winning record of 12-11.
