Football Game Preview: Chilton County Tigers vs. Spain Park Jaguars

The Chilton County Tigers will venture away from home to take on the Spain Park Jaguars at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Chilton County has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with six straight defeats, while Spain Park will come in with four straight victories.

Chilton County came up short against Calera last Friday, falling 41-16.

Meanwhile, Spain Park humbled Calera with a 42-13 victory. The result was nothing new for the Jaguars, who have now won six matchups by 21 points or more so far this season.

Spain Park didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Xander McClure and Jayce Mims.

Chilton County's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Spain Park, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.

Chilton County was taken down by Spain Park 37-6 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Tigers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
