Recap: North Hollywood Huskies vs. Hamilton Yankees
North Hollywood was the 5-3 winner over Hamilton when they last played one another back in May of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The North Hollywood Huskies fell just short of the Hamilton Yankees by a score of 4-3 on Monday.
Nick Park and Donelly Dubon stepped up to the plate in a big way. Park scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-4, while Dubon went 1-for-1 with a stolen base and an RBI.
North Hollywood's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Hamilton, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Hollywood is on the road again on Wednesday to play Monroe at 3:00 p.m. One thing working in Monroe's favor is that they have posted big run totals in their last three games. As for Hamilton, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Palisades at 3:00 p.m. on April 3rd.
