Basketball Game Recap: Staples Wreckers vs. New Canaan Rams

New Canaan came into Friday's game looking for another win against Staples, but Addie Talbott wouldn't allow it. The Staples Wreckers secured a 43-39 W over the New Canaan Rams on Friday thanks in part to Talbott, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten steals. Talbott is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-4. As for New Canaan, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Staples will square off against McMahon at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for New Canaan, they will challenge Norwalk at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
