Softball Recap: Midlakes Wins Going Away Against Hornell

Midlakes barely beat Hornell the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Screaming Eagles were the clear victors by a 13-2 margin over the Red Raiders on Saturday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Screaming Eagles considering their two-run performance the game before.

Midlakes' victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Hornell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Midlakes will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Red Raiders: the pair will be back at it again later today.
