Softball Game Preview: Lakeside Eagles vs. Rogers Pirates

The Lakeside Eagles are taking a road trip to challenge the Rogers Pirates at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lakeside has given up an average of 10.2 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Lakeside lost 16-5 to Walla Walla on Saturday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Rogers was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 21st straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Timberlake, falling 20-2.

Lakeside now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Rogers, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
