While Refugio put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Premont. The Bobcats took their matchup with ease, bagging a 54-0 win over the Cowboys. Fans of the Bobcats have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Johnaven Montalvo had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 118 yards and three TDs on only six carries. Refugio also got help from Laytyn Garza, who showed off his sure hands for 94 receiving yards.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Refugio was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 267 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 257 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.

Refugio pushed their record up to 4-0 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The team's perfect season has a lot to do with their offensive performance: the team's won by an average of 41 points thus far. As for Premont, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.
