Basketball Recap: Rock Creek Academy Takes a Loss

Rock Creek Academy lost against Brownstown Central back in December of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rock Creek Academy Lions were dealt an 83-43 defeat at the hands of the Brownstown Central Braves. The match marked the Lions' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Rock Creek Academy's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Brownstown Central, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

Rock Creek Academy and Brownstown Central should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Indiana Rankings. Rock Creek Academy (ranked 179th) will meet Cannelton (ranked 453rd) at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Brownstown Central will take on Greensburg at 7:30 p.m. on Friday up 203 places (26 vs. 229).
