Volleyball Recap: Notre Dame Prep Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Notre Dame Prep suffered their biggest loss since September 24th on Monday. They lost 3-0 to the Chaparral Firebirds. Saints fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Firebirds since Monday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-15, 25-20.

Vanessa Gridley paced Notre Dame Prep's offense, picking up eight kills. Gridley got some help from Elizabeth Hackleman and her 21 assists.

Notre Dame Prep has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-9 record this season. As for Chaparral, they pushed their record up to 23-4 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.
