Why it's big: It's a battle of the No. 1 and No. 2 teams all season long in the Division III state media poll. Both teams enter Saturday's game with 9-0 records, but only the winner will end the regular season as the outright North Coast League Blue champion.

Hoban needs one more victory to reach 10 wins in a season for the first time since 2005. Benedictine — the defending Division III state titlist — seeks its 24th win in the last 25 games.

Names to watch: Hoban has three players committed to Big Ten colleges. Three-star senior receiver Jonah Morris has pledged to Michigan State. Four-star juniors Danny Clark — the team's starting quarterback — and running back Todd Sibley Jr. are both headed to Ohio State.

Benedictine receiver Justin Layne is the No. 10 prospect in Ohio, according to 247Sports. The four-star senior is expected to sign with Michigan State in February.
