Softball Recap: Farmersville Gets the Win

Farmersville won the last time they faced Canton and things went their way on Saturday too. The Farmersville Farmers had just enough and edged the Canton Eagles out 2-1.

Farmersville's win was truly a team effort as two different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was V Reyes, who went a perfect1-for-1 with one double. That double marked the first that Reyes' hit this season.

Farmersville was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.
