Saranac had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 30 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They took down the Laingsburg Wolfpack 36-19. That's more bragging rights for the Redhawks, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Saranac found their leader in sophomore Gabe Webb, who rushed for 233 yards and four TDs while picking up 9.7 yards per carry.

Saranac was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 380 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 4-2. As for Laingsburg, their defeat was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Saranac will challenge Genesee at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wolves' defense has only allowed 14.3 points per game this season, so the Redhawks' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Laingsburg, they will face off against Bath at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
