Mashpee was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Upper Cape Cod RVT on Thursday. The Falcons put the hurt on the Rams with a sharp 11-4 win. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

The team relied heavily on Andrew Fancher, who scored a run while going 3-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Michael McGrail, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

Mashpee always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .545. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Mashpee now has a winning record of 2-1-1. As for Upper Cape Cod RVT, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.
