Lake Travis had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Grapevine Mustangs. That's more bragging rights for the Cavaliers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Maggie Wheeler paced Lake Travis' offense, picking up nine kills. Wheeler got some help from Adyson Davis and her eight assists. Finally, Davis was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Lake Travis' win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Grapevine, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-4.

Lake Travis didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Arlington on the 21st. As for Grapevine, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Johnson on the 21st.
