San Marino was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fourth to second in Rio Hondo. Earlier in the week, the Titans defeated Nogales 70-0.
La Canada moved up to 709 from 740 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Spartans climbed the ranks as a result of losing to Crescenta Valley 42-14.
Monrovia's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Miles Bryant threw for 92 and 2 touchdowns and Jacob Ramos had 72 yards receiving. On the ground Kurt Scoby chipped in 183 yards.
