Baseball Recap: Livonia Takes a Loss

Livonia had taken Hornell down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Tuesday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Red Raiders by a score of 6-5. That's two games in a row now that the Bulldogs have lost by just one run.

Kaidan O'Connor made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

This is the second loss in a row for Livonia and nudges their season record down to 14-6. Those defeats can't be blamed on the team's hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Hornell, their win ended an 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-11.

As of now, neither Livonia nor the Red Raiders have any future games scheduled.
