Basketball Recap: Hubbard Comes Up Short

Hubbard played a tough contest on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 71-42 loss at the hands of the Salem Quakers. The Eagles just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

Hubbard's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Salem, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hubbard will host Lakeview at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Salem, they will welcome Alliance at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Salem is facing Alliance at the right time seeing as Alliance is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
