Softball Recap: Central Florida Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Central Florida Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 17-6 to the Real Life Christian Academy Raptors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raptors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 21-3 back in March.

Angie Adelson made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 2-for-2. She also hit a double, marking her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Susannah Brenyo, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Central Florida Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Real Life Christian Academy, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-2.

Central Florida Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 21-11 loss against Oasis Christian on the 8th. As for Real Life Christian Academy, they have also already played their next contest, a 10-3 victory against Wildwood on the 10th.
