St. Francis entered their tilt with Princeton on Tuesday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Royal Tigers a 1-0 shutout. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-5 back in April.

St. Francis' win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Princeton, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-7.

St. Francis wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 12-1 defeat against Delano on the 26th. Princeton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
