Meanwhile, Corydon Central's matchup on Friday was close up to the half, which is when they kicked things up a notch. Everything went their way against Eastern as Corydon Central made off with a 65-43 victory. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Musketeers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Corydon Central's win came from a few key players Silver Creek will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Grant Lindemann, who went 9-for-13 en route to 22 points and seven rebounds. Jack Fessel was another key player, going 10-for-12 on his way to 23 points.

Silver Creek's victory bumped their record up to 19-3. As for Corydon Central, their win bumped their record up to 14-5.
