Kellenberg Memorial extended their road winning streak to nine games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from CJ Galanga. The Firebirds put the hurt on the Holy Trinity Titans with a sharp 3-0 victory on Monday for which the team can thank Galanga, who had 17 digs. Galanga is crushing it when it comes to digs: he's had at least ten every time he's taken the court this season.

Kellenberg Memorial's got stronger as the match went on, holding Holy Trinity to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-15, 25-11.

Kellenberg Memorial's win bumped their record up to 4-0.

Looking ahead, Kellenberg Memorial will face off against Chaminade at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Holy Trinity will be paying especially close attention to the Firebirds' match: after the Firebirds faces off against the Flyers, they'll take on Holy Trinity again at 4:30 p.m. on the 25th.
