Football Recap: Madras Takes a Loss

Madras was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 48-7 loss at the hands of the Burns Hilanders. The White Buffaloes were not able to make up for their defeat to the Hilanders from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Madras' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Burns, the win was the ninth in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Madras will head out to challenge Coquille at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Burns, they will venture away from home to take on La Grande at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
