Football Recap: River Ridge Find Success + How To Watch

River Ridge won the last time they faced Steinbrenner and things went their way on Friday too. The Royal Knights snuck past the Warriors with a 17-13 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Royal Knights.

The critical scores for River Ridge came from Jack French and Nicolas Rauckhorst.

Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jaydon Page, who picked up 96 receiving yards and one score.

River Ridge has also opened the season with a perfect 2-0 record. As for Steinbrenner, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. River Ridge will take on Fivay at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Steinbrenner, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Gaither at 7:30 p.m. on the 12th.
