Volleyball Recap: Central Cambria Comes Up Short

Central Cambria saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Central Mountain Wildcats.

Erica Brouse paced Central Cambria's offense, picking up six kills. Brouse got some help from Riley Kauffman and her 11 assists. Finally, Allie Dziabo kept Central Cambria's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Central Cambria's loss dropped their record down to 8-2-1. As for Central Mountain, their victory bumped their record up to 6-1.

Central Cambria wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 1-0 win against Ferndale on the 13th. As for Central Mountain, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 1-0 defeat against West Branch on the 13th.
