Volleyball Recap: Veterans Memorial Extends Winning Streak to Five

Veterans Memorial came tearing into Saturday's game with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Jay Mustangs. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Patriots also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Veterans Memorial can attribute much of their success to Cameron Danaher, who had 11 digs and three aces. What's more, Danaher posted three assists, the most she's had over her last six matches.

Danaher wasn't the only good server: Veterans Memorial was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 14 consecutive contests dating back to last season.
