Basketball Recap: Oskaloosa's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Oskaloosa lost against Dallas Center-Grimes back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The matchup between the Oskaloosa Indians and the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs didn't end well, with the Oskaloosa Indians falling 49-33. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa basketball rankings (they are ranked 175th, while the Mustangs are ranked 45th).

Oskaloosa's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-10. As for Dallas Center-Grimes, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Dallas Center-Grimes will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
